Google Analytics and Caprice Analytics Reporting
We use Google Analytics to understand how our websites are used and how they perform. Google Analytics may collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. Caprice Analytics Reporting is a private desktop application that accesses Google Analytics through Google's API for authorised internal reporting on websites owned or managed by Caprice. It requests only read-only Google Analytics permission and is configured to retrieve account and property information and aggregate reporting data. It cannot edit Google Analytics properties or tracking settings.
We use this information to understand website and campaign performance. Aggregate reporting may be analysed by authorised Caprice users and Caprice's authorised AI marketing agent acting on Caprice's instructions. We do not sell information received from Google APIs, use it to serve advertising or disclose it to independent third parties.
OAuth credentials are stored in restricted systems. We retain API-derived reporting only for as long as reasonably required for authorised reporting, security and legal purposes. An authorised Google Account holder can revoke the application's access through Google Account third-party connections.
Caprice Analytics Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing information
We may share personal information with service providers where this is reasonably necessary to operate the website or respond to you. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect our legal rights.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, or to meet legal obligations.
